Our Story

I am a graduate from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse with a Bachelor of Arts in Professional and Organizational Communication and a minor in photography. I picked up an interest in photography when I was fourteen, and received a scholarship for my Canon EOS 7D from Northwest Passage when I was a junior in high school. I was an intern for Lindsay Claire Photography for 6 months. While working for Lindsay I learned how to shoot portraits, family & group photos, and weddings. After the internship I decided to start my own small freelance business. During college I gained more experience with photography, including working with film and advanced Photoshop. I became a photographer for JC Penney Photography in 2018, which gave me studio and sales experience, especially with newborns and young children. I am now a photojournalist at WKBT News 8, working primarily as a videographer.

My dream is to hop on a sailboat with my camera and sail around the world, capturing my experiences as I go.
