I've been watching AI headshot generators take over — and I get it. Fast, cheap, done. But here's what they can't do.
They can't sit across from you. They can't read the room. They can't notice that you light up when you talk about your team. They can't be there for the moment when you finally relax and the real you shows up.
Look at Judy's photo. That hand under her chin? That came from a conversation. That smile reaching her eyes? That's a real moment — not a render.
That's what's at stake when we hand everything over to AI.
