Jeremy Rivera's Art ALL MY ADDITIONAL LINKS FOR MY ART
https://linktr.ee/jeremyriveraart I was born in 1988 and presently reside in Lakeland, Florida. Petersburg.

As an artist I specialize in capturing the beauty of nature through psychedelic photography and mixed media art. The way that I do psychedelic photography is through a film technique that I do digitally. The film technique is known as the Trichromatic process, a method of creating color images by taking three separate black and white photographs, each with a different color filter (red, green, and blue), and then combining them. I transfer that technique digitally through the use of Photoshop and Photopea. To create the psychedelic experience in my art I use different drawing techniques. I also layer photos from different environments, and experiment with the use of color to convey a surreal experience for the viewer. I try to create a form of entertainment for the whole family by having my art interactive. My creative process revolves around curating new works using my collection of photographs that I've taken during my travels. My current portfolio of work has been exhibited across Central Florida including Plant City, Lakeland, Orlando, Tampa and St. I have been an artist showcasing my works in various galleries since 2011. In the beginning years between 2011-2013, I curated a variety of group themed exhibitions and from 2013-2019, I joined The Wandering Eye Art Gallery in Ybor City, Tampa, FL. During that time, I showcased different series of works at USF, Ybor City, Downtown Tampa and Orlando. From 2019 to the present, I have been participating in a variety of art markets, festivals, group and solo exhibitions throughout different galleries in Tampa, Seminole Heights, Lakeland, Winter Haven and Mulberry. My purpose as an artist is to embed my body of work into places that people are hungry for art. I also do interactive immersive installations which provide a form of entertainment for different art galleries.

1st slide "Lakeland Highlands"
2nd slide "Lakeland Highlands REMIX"

These pieces consist of multiple photos taken from Lakeland Highlands scrub in Lakeland, Fl. I originally intended to use these pieces in the Lintincular photography process but ended up not liking the stripes. Each piece has a total of four digital photographs layered with the red, blue and green color. After the layering I then blended the photographs with a different photograph.

The 2nd piece was the same process but in different hues.

2023

One satellite image of space layered with a photo taken at Ocala National Forest in FL. The satellite image is then duplicated and flipped 180 degrees, so its blended with the spring photo.

I had a vision in mind when creating this mixed medium, photomontage of nature with space.

Well this was fun!

This post is my attempt at Lenticular Photography as well as some awesome experimental abstractions. I decided to blend the opposite layer of the lintincular photo to create vibrant colors that you see on the abstract pieces.

I'm pretty sure this as a physical print won't create the linticular effect that can show each individual photo.. I would need the right materials to create that kind of effect which is most definitely a complex process... but now I know a new technique that looks cool! :D

Linticular Photography uses interlaced images and a specialized plastic lens sheet to create moving, 3D, or flipping effects as the viewing angle changes.

"Maryland to DC"

2018

Photos from a vacation visiting my family in Maryland and photos from Roosevelt Island in DC.

Fun fact: these photos are taken with my camera phone to create a grain in the images.

When I presented my art at live events I would always get "nice paintings!". Hearing that alot inspired me to add some texture into my photos hence why this was taken through my phone.

"BUGS"

2026

Multiple photos layered and blended taken in my backyard with black lights. There was various photos in this piece that I adjusted the hues so that its opposite to the black light color. The static and pixelated effect resulting from those hue adjustments looks great. There are multiple bugs (green dots) but the one that stands out is, I believe a young dragonfly.

"DARB"

Various night time photos taken in my backyard in black light. My wife and I wanted to check out the moths and insects for Moth week last week. Since most of my photos were taken in black light, I altered the hues for some photos causing them to create green, blue and a little bit of magenta.

Pretty excited to show you my upcoming works in this experimental process.

Beyond grateful to do a commission piece of business cards for my favorite tea shop

I wanted to convey a retro theme with the use of colors. I had a fun time experimenting with multiple hues and saturation colors with an earlier series of my art.

Check out for upcoming events, awesome drinks and cool vibes! Also check out their page for their updated menu created by a cool artist I know.... ;)
