I always feel like it's so special to photograph seniors at Logan High School. I also graduated from Logan (many years ago😂) I love the "new" Logan High School so much. I haven't spent a lot of time there because I moved to California for 10 years and now live in Lancaster.

I'm always so impressed by how meticulously the school and grounds are cared for. Kuddos to their grounds people! It is always beautiful! I loved these purple flowers planted around and knew I wanted to try to photograph Alahna in front of them! We had a laugh about an inside joke she had about nearly falling in them one day. I thought this shot turned out SO pretty!

Family photography will always be the heart of my work.

Moms will always be the cornerstone of it.

I’m so grateful to every mother who has trusted me enough to step in front of my camera even in the chaos and even in the exhaustion and sometimes on the days they didn’t feel like themselves. You let me witness something incredibly rare. Love in its most honest form.

I couldn’t even begin to upload every image I’ve taken of motherhood that has stayed with me. The quiet forehead kisses. The tiny hands gripping hair a little too tightly. I uploaded a few here (even some from the very old archive and through embarrassing editing style changes). I wouldn't change anything about these photos though.

These moments don’t feel like “content” to me. They feel like proof that something deeply real and fleeting happened here and I was lucky enough to be asked to capture it when it did.
