Meet Jake Pepito, Event Video Producer of Bash Films.

🎬 Jake started working for Bash Films in 2024 with his first event being ABAI Annual 2024 in Philadelphia.

🎓 Jake graduated from UNLV with a BA in Film in 2018. It was here where Jake honed his skills that are now utilized at Bash Films. He won Best Screenplay and 2nd Place Overall for his short film “Thrifters” at UNLV’s Spring Flicks 2018 and also was awarded official selection to multiple film festivals, including the Las Vegas Film Festival.

🎥 With Jake on set, our clients have less to worry about. He brings reliability, professionalism, and efficiency to every gig he joins.

🃏 Outside of work, you’ll find him playing playing the competitive trading card game Riftbound, either locally, at major events, or even during work trips.

Meet Mark Bashian, Creative Director of Bash Films.

🎬 Mark founded Bash Films in 2005 after trading the world of stocks for cameras, editing, and a move to Los Angeles to pursue his passion for filmmaking.

🏆 Since then, he’s built an impressive career as an award-winning director, working across major films, television, and live events. He’s also worked as an editor and consultant, and even taught filmmaking and developed curriculum for two film schools.

🎥 Mark brings that experience, creativity, and problem-solving mindset to every Bash Films project—and leads the team with clear communication, trust, and plenty of support.

🎸 Outside of work, you’ll find him spoiling his two dogs, catching live music, cheering on Virginia Tech football, or playing guitar.

We’re proud to have Mark at the helm of Bash Films—and grateful for the creative vision that started it all!

Meet Jess Honeycutt, Managing Producer at Bash Films.

🎬 Jess first joined Bash Films in 2011 and has worn nearly every hat along the way: camera operator, editor, producer, and administrative support. One highlight of her time with the company was co-producing the award-winning documentary, Walk On.

🏆 She later expanded her experience as audience producer on the Emmy Award-winning The Late Late Show with James Corden before returning to Bash Films as Managing Producer.

👩🏻‍💼 From administration and marketing to keeping the business organized and moving forward, Jess helps make the magic happen behind the scenes.

🎶 Outside of Bash Films, Jess manages an event venue, loves live music, health and wellness, outdoor activities, and time with her husband and their four fur babies.

We’re thrilled to have Jess back and helping shape the next chapter of Bash Films! 🙌🏼

After wrapping another Bash Films travel gig, our Creative Director took a little extra time for some much-needed rest, fun, and exploring around Niagara.

The trip included historic forts, the incredible falls, and a fascinating visit to the Niagara Parks Power Station. Day one brought clear skies, while day two looked completely different as smoke from the Canadian wildfires turned the sky a striking orange.

One of the best parts of traveling for work is getting the chance to slow down afterward, experience somewhere new, and return refreshed for the next production. 🎥
