Today isn't about weddings. It's about our community. โค๏ธ
What if something as simple as a hairbrush, a cookie, or a bottle of shampoo could help a child start the school year with a smile?
As part of my final capstone project at UNLV, I'll be volunteering at a local transitional housing community during their Back-to-School Haircut Event, and I'm hoping to make the day a little more special for the children participating.
I'm currently collecting donations of:
โ๏ธ Hair brushes & combs
๐งด Shampoo & conditioner
๐ Hair ties & other new hair accessories
๐ช Individually wrapped baked goods or treats
๐ Other small items that can help brighten a child's day
Every donationโbig or smallโhelps create a memorable experience for these children as they prepare for the new school year.

I'm incredibly grateful to be finishing my final course toward earning my Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies at UNLV, and I can't think of a better way to close this chapter than by giving back to the Las Vegas community that has supported my business for so many years.
