I got to add two more veteran's this last week! Please, if you know of any military veterans, send them my way. This is totally free. It's a passion project of mine as a way to honor their service. The photo is a free gift for them to keep........

I had the privilege of photographing a special veteran today. I went to school with this one, about a million years ago. He and his lovely wife, who I was happy that I finally got to meet, stopped in for a quick visit for lunch while they were driving through on vacation.

I got to add one more face to my personal veteran's project. It's just my way of giving back and thanking Veterans for their service. There's no catch to it, I just take their picture and give it to them so they have a nice portrait of themselves to honor their service. It's just one small way to say thank you for their willingness to serve our country.

So, if you are a veteran or know of any veteran who would like to be photographed (in my studio in Laurel), especially those over age 65, please let me know. It only takes about 5 minutes and I generally have the photo delivered before they even get home. Just need a service hat.

This gentleman, the owner of a very cool venue just a few hours away from Billings, said that even though people are always asking to take his photo he always turns them down. His reason? He told me that once someone took his picture, "ages ago" and he saw it and didn't like it so he never lets anyone take his picture anymore. I asked him if he would please let me. He asked why I wanted to. I guess he liked my answer (I think he has a lot of character in his face and should be photographed was my answer) because he said yes. He agreed to let me take ONE photo, that is. I know that I sure love it. Now, I'm trying to get HIM to look at it, lol.

Spending today and tomorrow at the Montana Professional Photographers Association event in Red Lodge. I proudly come every year as a member to learn at whatever classes they offer at each year's event.

This year I am most excited to learn to improve my fitness photography. This is for personal trainers, body builders, gym goers, lifters, athletes, etc.

Let your head shot come to you!

With the help of green screen technology, there is no need to leave your office, go to your car and fight traffic to get to a studio, messing your hair up in the wind, hoping to get back to work on time, and let's not even talk about hoping you'll get time for a bite to eat.

Look at You Photography just needs a 6 ft by 7 ft area to set up and I can bring a world of backdrops to your location so all you need to do is take 5 minutes to step in front of the camera, then step right back into your work day. Easy peasy. Oh, and delivery for an edited single headshot is within one business day!

You can see an example in the video below. Thanks to my poor husband who got suckered into doing this at literally the last possible second. A photo of the setup will be shown in the comments.
