OPEN INVITATION TO JACK — CycleDrag
Jack,
I’d like to extend an open invitation to you to sit down with me, Sean Collins of Biker Nurse Media, for an on-camera interview and conversation.
You’ve built a significant following through CycleDrag and have spent years documenting motorcycle culture, racing, rallies, personalities, and some of the more controversial moments within the biker community. Along with that exposure has come plenty of supporters—and plenty of critics.
Rather than continuing conversations about you without you being part of them, I’d like to give you the opportunity to sit down and speak for yourself.
Nothing would be off the table.
I’d like to talk about CycleDrag and how you built the platform, your approach to covering motorcycle culture, the criticism and hate you receive online, and what it’s like being a public figure in an increasingly divided social-media environment.
I’d also like to have an open discussion about some of the situations that have generated significant controversy, including the Lonnie incident and the Camp Creek incident.
There are strong opinions surrounding those events. You have your perspective, your critics have theirs, and people throughout the motorcycle community have questions.
This isn’t an invitation to ambush you or put you on trial.
It’s an opportunity to have a candid conversation where difficult questions can be asked and where you have the opportunity to answer them directly, in your own words.
I may not agree with every decision you’ve made, and you may not agree with every question I ask. That’s okay. A worthwhile interview doesn’t require everyone sitting at the table to agree.
What it does require is respect and a willingness to have the conversation.
I believe we could have a discussion that goes beyond social-media comments, rumors, short video clips, and people arguing from opposite sides of a screen.
No shouting match.
No predetermined narrative.
No “gotcha” interview.
Just an open conversation about CycleDrag, motorcycle culture, the supporters, the haters, the controversies, the decisions that were made, and what you have to say about all of it today.
Jack, the invitation is open.
