The Prayerie - My Safe Autistic Elopement Space I created this 4,000sf prairie when I spread native wildflower seed in 2023. It has been so healing, life-giving, and safe, that I call it The Prayerie.

Autistic elopement is common for me and this is a safe place for me to run to. Enjoy all my posts!

If you've seen the hammock I frequent in The Prayerie, one of the hammock trees is the insanely thorny honey locust tree (Gleditsia triacanthos). The cicadas decided to leave their exuviae in a heavily booby-trapped area. Caution to any scavengers.
