Just notified that I was juried into "Abstracts in America" happening 10/22-10/24 in downtown Wilmington. I am thrilled and grateful to Brad Carter and Laura McVeety Carter for this honor. As a photographer this is an usual area for me to approach and I am grateful for the opportunity to show "Whirling". It should be an amazing show -having seen the accepted artists.

Very busy time for audreykrissphotography!
Franklin Square show ending this week but there will still be 4 of my pieces and binwork so stop by.
Artworks will have 4 of my pieces for the "Blue and Green" show.
GalleryCitrine has 2 of my pieces in the front WAA window that I am excited about and August will bring a show at the brand new Fort Fisher visitor center with 1 of my pieces in their "Echo in Place" show.
With so many shows there is a lot to choose from so hope you choose at least one!

So thrilled to have several events coming up this summer.
Franklin Art Gallery is having their member summer show opening First Friday July 10. I will have 2 pieces in this show and volunteering that night. Come out and see me and the show.
I am also thrilled to be accepted to the first show at Fort Fisher "Echoes of Place New Hanover County"opening
Aug 1- Aug 15.
In addition I will have 2 pieces in the WAA window at GalleryCitrine for the summer.
It is a busy summer( in addition to having just moved).

I am so honored to have received Honorable Mention for Color Photography in the Carey Digital Photography Show fir "Laundry Day". This is the first time I have been accepted and the competition is extremely stiff.
