I didn't know the winds got this bad last night? Woke up to a portion of fallen tree in the parking lot this morning. Not sure if it's the wind? Or if the landscapers damaged it with improper pruning? Half the trunk is rotted out despite the tree appearing healthy on the outside.

Year Two...

I stopped by the cemetery to drop off some flowers on Annie's grave before work. I can't believe it's been two years already? Losing Charlie this year hasn't helped things either. I miss you!

Cherokee Arch

I was going through my Lightroom catalog and some old photos I had taken of Cherokee Arch earlier this year. This image is a multi-row pano. I love how the distorted effect created from the curvature of my wide-angle lens.

Light Painting, Lightning Bugs, and the Milky Way

I paid a visit to the Gladie Homestead in the Red River Gorge a few weeks ago for some astro. Here's an image of an old barn in the high grass, with the Milky Way core in the background with some fireflies popping off as well. I used a small led flashlight to pop some light on the barn.

Feedin' the Birds

Mixing up some feed for my fine feathered freeloaders! 😂 I have 5 separate feeders that I keep stocked for the birds. I just realised that I forgot suet balls for the starlings. 🤦🏻‍♂️
