It was an overcast October day, though you’d never know it watching Katherine and Matthew. The sincere love they share and the love of the family and friends gathered around them was more than enough to outshine the clouds and drizzle.

Today, we’re close to the date Katherine and Matthew had originally planned for their wedding, but schedule conflicts sparked a flurry of challenges and led them to pivot to an October celebration. Katherine remained undaunted throughout it all, and we were so grateful to be able to adjust our own schedule to still be part of their day.

With the 2026 wedding season kicking off for us in the next few weeks, I wanted to share some of our favorite moments from 2025. Mattie and Avery are such an amazing couple and we are truly grateful to have been given the opportunity to be a part of their beautiful wedding day at Spindletop Hall in Lexington, Kentucky.

Congratulations to Abby and Jase! A beautiful couple at a beautiful venue Ashford Acres Inn! We were blessed to be a part of Abby and Jase's wedding weekend from the Friday evening rehearsal to the near perfect Sunday afternoon ceremony in Cynthiana Kentucky. Our goal was not to just record their wedding day, but to capture the atmosphere, sounds and emotion of their entire wedding experience.
