🤍 A little heart-to-heart with my families 🤍
I’m sure you’ve seen many posts of photographers and the controversy with AI.
Here is MY message.
With everything being talked about lately surrounding children’s photos, AI, and privacy, I just wanted to say something that I hope every parent who steps in front of my camera knows:
I’m a *mom* too. I understand how deeply personal it is to share photos of your babies with the world.
One of my favorite parts of being a photographer is getting to share the beautiful moments I’m trusted to capture. Your stories, your growing bellies, your sleepy newborns, your wild toddlers, your beautiful families. I truly love celebrating all of it.
But as much as I love sharing my work, I will never put a social media post above your comfort or your child’s privacy. A huge part of my job is sharing my work with others but this will never mean I will overstep your wishes.
If you don't want your baby’s face shared, just tell me. If you’re okay with some photos but not others, tell me. If you’d rather your children not be on social media at all, that is completely okay too. You never have to feel bad or worry that you’re taking away from my business by saying no.
Because at the end of the day, your babies are yours to protect, and I will always respect that. 🤍
Thank you for trusting me with the moments that go by far too quickly. I don’t take that trust lightly and I’m honored every single time you choose me to freeze these memories for your family. 🫶🏻
