I want to be very clear about something.

Racism is not welcome here. Not in my inbox, not on my business page, not at a rodeo and not anywhere near the people I photograph, support and care about.

Someone felt comfortable enough to send me a disgusting racist message today. Let me make myself perfectly understood: my clients, riders, friends and families, regardless of the color of their skin, are valued here. They are celebrated here. They are not a place for someone else’s ignorance to land.

If you think sending messages like this are acceptable, unfollow me, don’t book me and don’t stand near me at a rodeo acting like we share the same values.

We don’t.

My business will always be a place where people are treated with dignity. Period.

1000 likes and a comment from Cheetos and our girl gets some chickens. Best chicken math I’ve ever heard!

Last year the “snack of the roping” was Papa Johns Pizza - this year’s snack was Cheetos.

Garrett said if I can get 1,000 likes on this picture and Cheetos to comment, I can get more chickens.
