Thank you to everyone who has reached out to me about the feature Progressive Dairy did on my photography. This was an exciting honor for a guy who is still trying to grow as a advocate for agriculture and an artist. To see my name and images in print is still pretty surreal.

Yesterday was a first for me. I shot my first wedding!!

When Kim first asked me if I would help document their special day, I was scared to say yes but challenged myself to try something new. I am so glad I did. This group was so easy going and fun to work with!!! Plus they all kept me up to date on the score of the Badger game! 😂

I often hear people say, "Home is where the heart is."

Well, there may be some truth to that, but for Alek & Abby, I think it's a little more appropriate to say, "Home is where the cows are."

It was so much fun to get a session with these two amongst the ladies - because where else would you take pictures in Wisconsin?

Most of my bookings so far have come from close friends and family, so I was SUPER excited when Kameron's mom reached out to me about doing his senior portraits.

That said, I was also super nervous!! They were so patient with me as I tried different things, despite all mosquitoes. It was so awesome seeing the results turn out so well. Kid's the next Derek Zoolander.

But the best part was just getting to know Kameron and his mom. What a great family and such a bright young man. Good luck in your senior year, Kameron!!

It has been an absolute privilege and joy to watch this young family grow. To be able to capture that feeling in camera still leaves me smiling as I look through their pictures.
