I found this camera in an abandoned house so I took the film and developed it
I was out taking photos of an old abandoned house when I stumbled across a film camera just sitting there and it still had film inside. I brought it home to develop the roll and here’s what came out. The film expired quite some time ago so it took some editing to salvage the pictures but I’m happy with the results.

Why do "fancy" chicken coops make people so incredibly mad?! 🙄🐔

Yesterday, a lady posted a picture of the inside of her brand-new walk-in coop. It was absolutely adorable—complete with wallpaper, framed pictures, and a literal chandelier. Her reward? She got completely railroaded by rude comments.

Cue the inevitable "it’s just going to be covered in 💩" brigade. Yeah, we know. Anyone who spends their mornings cleaning up after a flock knows exactly what happens in there. But guess what? It is infinitely easier to wipe down a prepped, finished surface than bare wood.

I went back to find her post today to offer some support, and it looks like she deleted it.

So, I just want to say this to anyone building their first coop right now: Do whatever brings you joy. Whether your husband is out there building a simple, sturdy box or you’re designing a luxury poultry palace, add whatever touches make you happy. Don't let strangers on the internet bully you into thinking you're doing something wrong just because your setup isn't their cup of tea. Build the coop of your dreams! ✨
