It’s official. I have a 10-year-old Nalah beanie! 🎂💗 8/25/2016 and Mom is really processing. 😮‍💨😩🥲🥹 🔂 Those emotions are on repeat.

This girl is so special to raise and pour into. Her heart is really golden by nature. She’s was born knowing how to be a friend. I’m so lucky I get to have her as one for life. I can’t wait to see what this year brings for her you guys. As she and you know, I will always do my part and some.

This new dance competition show that I’m a choreographer and Heels mentor on is called “In Step” and will air on OFTV in January 2027! I can’t wait for you to see my team and the journey we went on!

So grateful for my Dancing With The Stars fam Gleb Savchenko Ｓｈａｒｎａ　Ｂｕｒｇｅｓｓ and Artem for seeing me as the perfect fit for this. I love you guys.

Full circles ⭕️

1. I was scared to end my time on the snoopdogg world tour as a dancer in 2012. I didn’t know what work I was coming home to. After 2 years of touring, I knew I was ready for the next thing though. I remember sitting in my hotel room telling God the outline of what I wanted to call in next. A couple weeks later, I got an email from my agency BlocLA for an audition for a reality dance competition show featured on YouTube called Dance Showdown to be a choreographer, dancer and personality. I felt this was was my next thing. I graciously left the Snoop tour, auditioned for Dance Showdown and booked it. ✨ I was on for 3 seasons. 14 years later, THAT show is what prepared me for THIS one. 🎬

2. Our rehearsals for “In Step” were at Millennium in Las Vegas! Millennium Dance Complex is where my Heels class P U M P 👠 F I D E N C E | HEELS DANCE was born in 2022! I had my classes there for 8 years and if it wasn’t for Millennium, Pumpfidence would not exist. Not only did MDC train me as a pro dancer, but it was my launching pad as a choreographer and international Heels teacher. 👠🥹

3. Robin Antin and I go back nearly 2 decades! Her eye has always mattered to me and my respect for her visions is DEEP. At 19 I auditioned for her to be in the PCD show in Vegas. I was young going up against legends. I got cut. My friend NATASHA SLAYTON brought her to take my Pumpfidence class when I was 23! It was SURREAL. She hired me to be on the original lineup of teachers to open PLAYGROUND LA! I had Friday nights at 8pm there for 5 years. For her to be a judge on this show and be someone I consider a friend present day is so special.

4. I Am Not One Thing - I created a live performance piece with original audio that then became a dance visual centered around this concept, that we are not ONE thing! Continued in comments…

all the love 💘

every summer here with my family hits differently.

I reflect on every moving part when I’m here like a check point, in awe of what moves us into our next levels of life. This trip only held peace for me. Peace like I’ve never known. I was / am living in answered prayers from last year & I couldn’t be more grateful for that.

God really hears our hearts stronger than anything.

Core memories.
Grounded energy.
Angels all around.

This relationship is truly something else…
I always knew that my personal meaning of being a mother would unfold day by day. As much as I wanted to know what to expect of it all, even pregnancy forced me out of my comfort zones of security by forcing me to blindly trust the bond that is developing sight unseen.

It was never my dream to share her 1/2 the time but something about that life for us has become more and more divine over time. In the spaces between our reunion, I deeply reflect on what moments I can feel we loved that we experienced together and what moments were tougher where I could’ve done better. I take great pride in that.

When I get her back with me, I’m eager and excited to apply all that I got to process in the time apart. As I make that drive to her dad’s house for the start of his time, everything we did that week place in my mind like a movie. We review it together.

Without fail, I cry the most beautiful tears over ever known every single time I drop her off. Not because I wish anything was different, but because I’m seriously so grateful for her, what we share, this incredible love and how incredible she is.
