Fresh, zesty, and made for sharing. From smoky salsa to creamy guacamole, this dip lineup brings big flavor to every bite.
1️⃣Mango Shrimp Ceviche
Ingredients:
1/2 pound cooked shrimp (peeled, deveined, and chopped into bite-size pieces)
1 ripe mango (peeled and diced
1/2 small red onion (finely chopped)
1 jalapeño (seeded and finely chopped)
1/2 avocado diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2–3 limes)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
If using raw shrimp, poach it first: boil water, add shrimp, and cook for 1–2 minutes until just pink. Cool immediately in ice water.
In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, mango, red onion, jalapeño, avocado and cilantro.
Pour lime juice over the mixture. Toss gently to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Enjoy with tortilla chips, tostadas, or lettuce cups!
2️⃣Cowboy Caviar Dip
Ingredients:
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz) can black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1 cup corn kernels (fresh, canned, or thawed frozen)
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1–2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped (optional for heat)
1 cup roma tomatoes, diced
1 avocado, diced (add right before serving)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
For the Dressing:
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lime juice
1–2 teaspoons honey or sugar (to balance acidity)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Make the dressing: In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lime juice, honey, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
2. Combine the dip: In a large bowl, mix together beans, black-eyed peas, corn, bell peppers, onion, jalapeño, tomatoes, and cilantro.
3. Toss with dressing: Pour dressing over the mixture and stir gently to combine.
4. Add avocado last: Just before serving, gently fold in diced avocado to keep it fresh.
5. Chill: Let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let flavors blend
3️⃣Pineapple Mango Salsa
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
1 cup ripe mango, diced
½ small red onion, finely chopped
1 large tomato, diced
1 jalapeño (or chili), seeded & minced
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Combine pineapple, mango, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro in a bowl. Squeeze lime juice over the top and mix gently. Season with a pinch of salt. Chill for 15–20 minutes to let flavors meld (optional, but tasty).
Great With:
• Tortilla chips
• Grilled shrimp or fish tacos
• Chicken skewers
• Pulled pork
• As a tropical salad topper
4️⃣Pico de Gallo
Ingredients
3 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
½ medium red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeño (or serrano), finely chopped — remove seeds for less heat
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tbsp)
Salt, to taste (start with ½ tsp)
Instructions
Combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro in a bowl. Add lime juice and salt. Toss gently to combine.
Let sit for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Taste and adjust seasoning — add more lime, salt, or jalapeño as you like.
5️⃣Fire-Roasted Salsa
Ingredients
4 medium ripe tomatoes (Roma or plum)
1 medium white onion, halved
3 jalapeños or serrano peppers (adjust heat level)
3 cloves garlic, unpeeled
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
½ tsp ground cumin (start small, adjust to taste)
Salt, to taste
Instructions
Roast tomatoes, onion, peppers, and garlic on a dry skillet, grill, or under the broiler until nicely charred and softened.
Peel garlic and remove pepper seeds if you want it less spicy.
Blend roasted vegetables with cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and salt.
Adjust flavor — more lime for brightness, cumin for smokiness, or salt to balance.
Chill at least 30 minutes before serving for the flavors to meld.
6️⃣Classic Guacamole
Ingredients
3 ripe avocados
1 small red onion, finely diced
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1–2 fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped (adjust to heat preference)
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt, to taste
Instructions
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Mash avocados with a fork or potato masher (leave slightly chunky if you like).
Stir in onion, tomatoes, jalapeño, garlic, cilantro, and lime juice.
Season with salt to taste.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips, tacos, or as a topping.
