For each director lucky enough to have figured out how to make a steady paycheck, there’s hundreds of others who are struggling to make ends meet. On May 23, don’t miss your chance to learn from Brenden Rodriguez () who has cast acclaimed series like THE BOYS, GEN V, THE PERFECT COUPLE, ZOEY’S EXTRAORDINARY PLAYLIST and most recently cast the reboot of BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER. Lisa London has been a Casting Director for 30+ years and has cast over a 100 successful film and television shows. She has cast along with her business partner, Catherine Stroud, many notable actors and actresses early in their careers who have all gone on to become stars; such as Miley Cyrus in HANNAH MONTANA, Jonah Hill in GRANDMA’S BOY, Emma Stone, Katharine McPhee and Kat Dennings in THE HOUSE BUNNY, Selena Gomez in two Disney pilots, Jennifer Aniston in her first feature, LEPRECHAUN, Mark Ruffalo in an episode of a CBS series, DUE SOUTH, Brad Pitt in an episode of the series, FREDDY’S NIGHTMARES, Megan Hilty, Adrian R. Mante, and Joey King in THE SUITE LIFE OF ZACK AND CODY, Yara Shahidi in her first television series, THE FIRST FAMILY, Noah Centineo in the Disney pilot, GROWING UP AND DOWN and Josh Gad in a wild comedy film, entitled MARDI GRAS: SPRING BREAK.

Lisa has cast many genres of projects from comedies to dramas to thrillers to family friendly films and television shows. She cast many movies for Adam Sandler’s company, Happy Madison Productions including the comedy classic, GRANDMA’S BOY and THE HOUSE BUNNY, and also works with many independent filmmakers helping them attach talent to their movies to get them into production. Besides originally casting the successful sci-fi thriller, FREAKS, she cast the sequel, FREAKS UNDERGROUND with a talented cast of upcoming young performers. Both of these movies were written and directed by Adam B. Stein and Zack Lipovsky who directed the mega smash hit, FINAL DESTINATION: BLOODLINES. The upcoming film she cast, PERFECT GIRL is in post-production and stars Arden Cho (KPOP DEMON HUNTERS), Adeline Rudolph and making her acting debut, Jeon Somi who is a very well-known K-Pop star.
