Back at it with another “intuitive scribble” meditation! I love this series so much. I saw an abstract unicorn in this one…MAGICAL ✨😌

Make a flowy line or scribble on your page for ~5 seconds (I close my eyes for this series, but do whatever feels good to you). Bring your awareness to what’s on what’s happening on the page and drop into a meditative flow state as you color in the open shapes.

Experiment with patterns and color palettes! Choosing colors at random can be a fun way to approach this without overwhelm (you cannot get this wrong).

Retrace your lines, round out the corners, and add some zen doodles!

This practice is oh-so-relaxing, therapeutic, and a fun way to reconnect with your inner child.

I’m using acrylic markers on mixed media paper. You can use pretty much any medium for this, so use what you have! Regular markers/pens/crayons work well for this.
