He has a BFA in photography from Northern Arizona University. He is a member of the National Press Photographer Association and Professional Photographers of America. He has worked for The Associated Press, Bloomberg News, Gannett News Service and most recently The Department of Defense as a flight test photographer at Edwards AFB in the Mojave Desert.
