little change I’m making moving forward 🤍

im teaming up with other photographers + have made the decision that I will no longer be posting identifiable photos of children’s faces on my photography page. Even with a signed release.

I know this changes a lot especially because probably 90% of my page is my work centered around childhood, little personalities, fun moments + all the sweet memories I get to capture. that’s a huge part of why I love what I do. 🥹🥹

but with everything happening with AI and how easily photos and videos can be taken, saved and manipulated, it honestly just doesn’t sit right with me anymore.

as a mother, I think about my own babies + how I would want someone to treat their images. + as a photographer, I feel like the images families trust me with come with a responsibility that goes beyond just creating pretty photos.

I don’t want to wait until something happens to decide how protective I want to be.

from here on out, protecting the children I photograph is going to matter more to me than having their faces on my feed.

I know some of you may still want to see my work, especially if you’re thinking about booking with me. I will have a portfolio/website where you can view my work and I’m always happy to send that directly to you. So please just message me if you’d like to see my portfolio 🤍

I’ll still be creating the same kind of beautiful, nostalgic childhood filled work that I love. I’ll just be sharing it a little differently 🥹

I’m a mom before anything else + I will always choose to protect a child the way I would want someone to protect mine!

little personal update ✨🖤

the past few days have brought some unexpected + difficult circumstances for my family its required my full attention. Because of this, I’ve decided not to go out of town as originally planned + will be staying in town.

I know personal circumstances shouldn’t become an excuse for how I show up in my business, so I’m doing my best to communicate clearly, take care of what needs to be taken care of, + get back to work.

I know I’ve been a little quiet + slower to respond, thank you for your patience + understanding pls don’t hate me . I’m still here, still trying my best, and looking forward to getting back on track!

thank you for giving me grace while I navigate this season . Yall know this year HAS NOT been the best year for me idk what I’d do without some of you that constantly reassuring me mental health matters and to take my time😭🫶🏼 from here on I’m claiming better days ahead. choosing to believe that things are going to get better + I’m looking forward to it 😊

UPDATEEEEEE 📣🤎🤎🤎🤎

- first lets A D O R E this couple , she was literally an angel 🪽, just a beautiful dreamy maternity session !

- SOOOO we are going on vacay from sept 6 - 13 , we will be back at noon so those I have on the 13th ILL BE BACK IN TIME 😅 I had to move around so many dates , I’ll be messaging everyone today and tomorrow about moving your sessions .

- I have fall + another batch of Xmas minis that will be ready for booking 😍

- are we doing fun Halloween sessions this year or nah? I need to know bc I have so many NEW IDEAS .

- some of you are probably getting impatient, but the way I work I take my time and never rush a album to just get it out . Every single picture is edited to my liking so please remember the tat is a little long but definitely worth it 😭🌙

- I also have another surprise for my returning clients that’s been booked 2x or more the past few years w me 🥹 I can’t wait to announce!! Literally love you guysssss 🫶🏼

+ lastly, If I post that a location is confidential, please RESPECT that. If you’ve been booked at one of my hidden locations, please don’t share it or send others there. I put a lot of thought into finding places that feel like me and fit the vision I have for my photography. I just want to keep that part of my work personal + special to my clients.

I’m always happy to share advice + help where I can, but I’m also going to be selective with what I keep within my business. There’s so much time, money, creativity + love that goes into what I’ve built. 🤎
