When I first met Emma and Aidan, we had no idea we were connected in any way beyond photography. After they booked and we spent more time together during their engagement season, we found a connection that honestly still feels unreal.

In 2018, Emma, Ayden, and I all lost the same friend — Myles Hutcheson.

A friend who played a huge role in my journey back to Christ and Ayden’s childhood best friend. A friend who impacted each of our lives in ways I don’t think we’ll ever fully be able to explain.

What was already an emotional, beautiful wedding day became something even deeper. There was this quiet thread woven through the whole day. One of remembrance, gratitude, the kind of love that just feels covered by God.

It felt like heaven wasn’t far.

I truly could not be more grateful that our paths crossed the way they did. Photographing their wedding wasn’t just meaningful because of what I do, it was personal. It felt like a small way to honor Myles while witnessing what God continues to write in all of our stories.

Emma and Aidan, thank you for trusting me with something so close to your hearts. What a gift this was. 🤍
