Meet the owners of Dean's Ice Cream!
Cassidy & Tim joined the Plainwell community when they moved here as newlyweds 5 years ago. Dean's had been a longtime favorite spot of theirs, so they jumped at the chance to purchase the business when it went up for sale in 2023! Cassidy & Tim have loved owning & operating Dean's for the past 3 seasons, & they're looking forward to their 4th season as small business owners in Plainwell. They can't wait to see all their favorite regulars on opening day next week (Feb. 28), & hope to meet some new friends too!

As mundane as the subject may be, for a small business this is a very important thing to understand. When you have someone to refer to for those questions it can take some of the stress out of a small business owners day; first hand experience here. In this case it's better to ask for help first than trying to beg the IRS or state tax department for leeway.

As a small business owner I feel the pressure to have the answers "because you should know" but it's not always the case, starting and running a small business is a journey, a journey where I want to help others not feel degraded for not having every answer.

You can learn the hard way through prideful arrogance or the easy way by asking those that have that experience. Thanks to Ayden Healthcare of Waterville for having us serve their wonderful residents with our outdoor photo-booth service this evening for their parking lot party! Also, the amazing music from Reel JP and the Snakeskin Trio!

Operated fully on battery power with printing and caught all the great photo op's with all the wonderful residents that came out to enjoy the weather, music and delicious food!
