I love this photo. I think it tells a story of the love and closeness between mother and son, but also of how time passes so quickly with our children. I look at it and I think of my own kids, and how my oldest is already almost half as tall as me. It seems like yesterday that I was still carrying her everywhere. "They grow up fast." I've learned first hand already as a mother that this isn't just something people say to make conversation. They really do grow faster than you would think.

I recently did some portraits for Knit Together Maternity Care, and just wanted to give them a shout out. It was so lovely working with them, and I really enjoyed being able to help them grow their business with some fresh photos. Lynn was also present for the birth of both of my daughters, and she is such a joy to have around. If you are ever hunting for a fantastic team of midwives, I can't recommend them enough (although I may be biased since Lynn is my lovely mother in law).

MODEL CALL – Greater Lynchburg Area

I’m looking for a fun, relaxed family with 3-4 young children for a sunset photography session!

This session will help me create new images for my website and social media portfolio.

Session details:
• Outdoor sunset session about an hour from Lynchburg (must be able to hike a short hike, about 30 minutes.)
• 5 complimentary images with the option to upgrade your gallery.
• Immediate family only
• Must be willing to purchase suggested wardrobe items, as this will be a styled session.

In exchange, I ask for permission to use the images for my website and marketing.

If your family is comfortable being photographed and having images shared online, I’d love to hear from you!
