This gorgeous gal arrived at Stone Ledge Farm a few months ago and has started her under saddle training. She is giant and so sweet. I can’t wait to see how her training progresses and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to photograph her!

Fall Dates 🍂

Fall is here and I still have some session spots available!

Weekday availability is open until the end of November! Weekday sessions are all scheduled as afternoon/evening sessions. Weekends are reserved for larger sessions or farm session days.

I am available for sessions throughout the Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin areas. I am currently booking Equine/Equestrian sessions, Canine sessions, & Senior/Family/Couple Portrait Sessions. Message me to get on my calendar!

I saw this beautiful dragonfly sitting on the bush ringside during the September Summer Series show this past weekend and just had to get a photo of it.

For those that don’t know, I do have a dragonfly tattoo on my back! They are one of my favorite insects to see. ❤️

P.S. This was taken with my 70-200mm on manual focus. 😉🤩

We had a wonderful weekend at Lamplight Equestrian Center for the September Summer Series show!

Samantha Spoon Photography and I covered both rings, both days. Photos are still being uploaded and sorted from the weekend. If you don’t see any images or all of the images, it means they aren’t uploaded yet!

September Summer Series! ☀️🍂

This weekend is the September Summer Series Horse Show and we are so excited to be back at Lamplight!

This weekend will be covered by myself and Sam of Samantha Spoon Photography! All classes and both rings will be covered both days!

Images will take longer than usual to get up on the site due to our smaller staffing situation, but I will make a post when all photos are up! I expect all images to be up on the site by the end of the day on Tuesday, September 8th.

Note: All images are UNEDITED proofs and will be cropped and color corrected when purchased before delivery via email or before images are submitted to the lab for printing.

The ‘ber months are finally here, which means it is time for those beautiful fall photo sessions! September is the perfect month if you still want warmer temperatures for your fall photos while some of the leaves and color tones start to change. Horse’s coats are still sleek and shiny during this time frame, making it perfect for black background sessions or even holiday minis.

I have several September dates still available for full sessions or mini sessions. I am booking equine/equestrian and portrait sessions.

My books are also open for October, November, and December.
