On the final day of PACE26 I walked to the end of the trail at Dogwood Canyon to paint this gorgeous waterfall and the golden trout swimming below it. While engrossed in my work and enjoying the peace I heard a tram approaching. I turned and heard critiques of my painting coming from none other than Eric Rhoads who was laughing and waving from the middle of the tram car. So I called his bluff and held up my yellow “Faculty Stop Here” sign. 😃🤣👩‍🎨

Sunday was another fabulous day painting at DuCard Vineyards, topped off with a lovely bottle of their Gibson Hollow White. 😃👩‍🎨🍷I’m just really glad I left my fingerless gloves in my painting bag, because when the wind blew it was pretty darn chilly and my fingers were cold!🥶
