Sometimes people look at my job and wonder why I spend hours chasing sunsets, dragging strangers into fields, getting excited about good light, and carrying more camera gear than seems reasonable.

But here’s the thing: your job doesn’t have to make sense to anyone else if it makes you happy.

I get to tell love stories, preserve memories, celebrate milestones, and freeze moments that families will treasure for generations. And honestly? I can’t imagine doing anything else. 📸✨

So if your passion looks a little different to everyone else, that’s okay. The people who get it will get it—and the joy it brings you is what matters most. 🤍

Three different couples. Three beautiful moments. Countless memories in between.

Somehow we’re already halfway through 2026, and looking back at all of the incredible couples I’ve had the honor of photographing so far, I can’t help but feel incredibly grateful. From engagement sessions and wedding days to all of the little moments that make each story unique, this year has already been filled with so much joy, laughter, and love.

If the first half of the year is any indication of what’s to come, I know the second half is going to be just as amazing. 🤍

😂 Take my job and make it sound sketchy…

I’m a photographer.

I convince people to meet me in random fields, tell them exactly where to stand, make them stare at each other awkwardly for a few minutes, and then I shoot them hundreds of times.

Sometimes I even make them run through tall grass at sunset while I hide in the bushes with a camera.

The best part? They usually pay me for it. 🤣📸

POV: The little things my clients do? They mean absolutely everything. ❤️

Sure, I love delivering beautiful galleries, but some of my favorite moments happen after the photos are delivered.

When you tag me in your wedding photos.
When you leave a sweet review.
When you tell your friends and family about your experience.
When you send me a text saying you love your gallery.
When you come back years later for family photos.

Those little gestures may seem small, but to a small business owner, they mean the world. Every tag, review, recommendation, and kind word helps my business grow and reminds me why I love what I do.

Twenty years in business felt like the perfect excuse for a website refresh, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! 🎉

A huge thank you to Ariel with Outland Design Company for bringing my vision to life. From start to finish, she was there every step of the way, helping me sort through ideas, answer questions, and create a site that truly feels like me and my brand.

A website redesign can feel overwhelming, but Ariel made the entire process smooth, collaborative, and honestly, fun. If you’ve been thinking about updating your website, I can’t recommend her enough!
