This was a beach day with my daughter. The "kids" find the best beaches. This one was so small, sandwiched between beach homes. Free parking in California. New England could learn a thing or two.

Returning to a favorite beach after 35 years was a treat! (Thanks Jess!!!) Back then I picked up a pencil sketch from George Rosen in LA, showcased in the second pic and it has been over our mantle for about that long. The homes and gardens have changed a lot. One of them off the strand just listed for a whopping $25 million. Essential second homes lol.
