STUDIO RENTAL RULES + REMINDERS
A quick reminder for anyone booking my studio space — please read before your rental:
• Please arrive on time and leave on time. Your rental time includes setup + cleanup
• The studio must be left exactly how you found it — reset all furniture before leaving
• This is a shoe-free studio — all shoes must be removed at the door
• No use of props, wraps, or client closet items — these are off limits
• Please be respectful of all furniture and equipment
• Do not move large furniture (bed, couch, etc.) without permission
• No smoking, va**ng, or open flames inside the studio
• Trash must be picked up and disposed of before leaving
• Lock up the studio and return the key to its original spot when you leave
This space is something I’ve worked really hard to create — please treat it with care and respect 🤍
