There is interest in Marrakech & Beyond once again with a couple travelers. 🧳 My itinerary is so immersive and wonderful you will never ever forget this tour. I plan to put it on the PhotoCoteries Travels website very soon after dates are chosen. Likely up to 6 people for this one. Come fly ✈️ with me to Morocco early fall. 🇲🇦 🦋

I am shaking as I write. I am here at the Temple where Walk for Peace started in Fort Worth, Texas. If you saw my coverage earlier from Washington DC I joined the pilgrimage there for personal reasons and to write as a correspondent for Bethlehem Press. Today I was exploring the grounds and the temple itself and was on my last view and around the corner came Bhikkhu Paññakāra who led the journey.
I came here to present my story and give them a copy and I was able to hand it right to him. He went into his living area and brought me this beautiful book that I’m holding. I was crying practically the whole time as you can see on my face. These are the things that you never forget in life and I really need the meaning behind all of what they’ve done into my spirit so today I’m reconnecting with that. -with love

So this was a little crazy. Last night was the luau and it was incredible up in the rainforest overlooking the sunset. A beautiful show. The traditional food was beautifully done. Only 71 people were there, they keep it under 80 so it’s a more personal experience and three of my fellow educators in photography and her husband Jay was there along with Jack. I really couldn’t believe it because I really love Lesa. her energy is just the sweetest and I made sure to tell her all the beautiful things the aloha spirit makes you say out loud. 🌺

I will be making YouTube videos on the experience rather than putting them here on Facebook directly. It was a very, very uplifting experience.

Did you ever experience these? I have twice. Such a beautiful sight and intention. Oh Paris!

Did you ever experience these? I have twice. Such a beautiful sight and intention. Oh Paris!

Along the banks of the Seine, ‘𝗟𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝘀’ have been a Parisian tradition for centuries, selling rare books, vintage postcards, posters, and charming souvenirs from their famous green boxes.

Well since I do love hot springs. Maybe Japan 🇯🇵 someday. Love the story here.

Try to travel, otherwise
you may become racist,
and you may end up believing
that your skin is the only one
to be right,
that your language
is the most romantic
and that you were the first
to be the first.
Travel,
because if you don't travel then
your thoughts won’t be strengthened,
won’t get filled with ideas.
Your dreams will be born with fragile legs and then you end up believing in tv-shows, and in those who invent enemies
that fit perfectly with your nightmares
to make you live in terror.
Travel,
because travel teaches
to say good morning to everyone
regardless of which sun we come from.
Travel,
because travel teaches
to say goodnight to everyone
regardless of the darkness
that we carry inside
Travel,
because traveling teaches to resist,
not to depend,
to accept others, not just for who they are
but also for what they can never be.
To know what we are capable of,
to feel part of a family
beyond borders,
beyond traditions and culture.
Traveling teaches us to be beyond.
Travel,
otherwise you end up believing
that you are made only for a panorama
and instead inside you
there are wonderful landscapes
still to visit.

I have explored 2 powwow’s and a conference recently for a story with Bethlehem Press. I’m covering this story for LPE on YouTube.

Maybe you noticed Pharoh’s stand at the Emmy’s?

I filmed this interview just last week at a powwow in Jim Thorpe and felt it important to release it now. Awareness matters. That is how things change. ♥️🪶

“D'Pharaoh Woon-A-Tai's bold Emmys statement highlights missing and murdered Indigenous women. “Reservation Dogs” star D'Pharaoh Woon-A-Tai made a powerful statement on the red carpet at Sunday's Emmy Awards ceremony, pairing a black tuxedo with what looked like a bloody red handprint smeared across his mouth.”
