Sessions are scheduled for:
July 20 from 4-7:00 p.m.
Aug. 3 from 3-7:00 p.m.

If you are not able to make one of these dates, you may contact Karen about scheduling an individual session. Individual sessions will depend on school availability and incur additional fees.

At WHO I AM, girls will participate in a positive self-image session focused on confidence, kindness toward ourselves, and embracing what makes each person unique.

Girls will also create their own positive self-image bracelet featuring words and phrases that reflect their strengths, values, and individuality.

It’s more than a craft. It’s a reminder they can wear long after the event is over:

We wrapped up Kansas Professional Photographers School yesterday. Sandra Shaw Pearce is such a patient, kind and hilarious teacher. We all learned so much in her Photoshop painting class and had a lot of laughs along the way. These were the last two images we worked on. I'm looking forward to working on my own images when I get caught up from being gone for four days. Thank you, Sandra and KPPS for the opportunity!

It's been a whirlwind and I can't believe we've hit Day 4 of Kansas Professional Photographers School. I'm loving Sandra Shaw Pearce 's class on photoshop painting, but have to say I'm quite intrigued by all that's happening in 's class. hosted a class on Monday night about overcoming failures to succeed, which was so inspiring - haven't we all failed at some point? I can't wait to see everyone's creations from this week and their growth moving forward!

WHO I AM was created because every girl deserves to feel seen, valued, and confident in who she is.

We wanted to create more than just an event. We wanted to create a space where girls could:
✨ Feel encouraged
✨ Build confidence
✨ Celebrate individuality
✨ Make friendships
✨ Learn they do not need to change who they are to belong

This day is filled with positivity, creativity, connection, and reminders that being yourself is more than enough.

Gratitude changes the way we see ourselves and the world around us.

At this year’s WHO I AM event, girls will participate in a gratitude journaling session designed to help them focus on positivity, encouragement, and recognizing the good within themselves and others.

Through creativity and reflection, girls will explore how gratitude can strengthen confidence, self-esteem, and emotional well-being.

Sometimes the smallest habits can make the biggest difference.

Taught by Sue Garver, a beloved third grade teacher at Riley County, this is always a favorite for the girls - who use their journals throughout the day.
