Sometimes the most unexpected opportunities turn into the most special days. 🤍

This weekend, I had the absolute pleasure of celebrating alongside Desiree & Adler as they said "I do" at **Impression Farms in Clyde, Michigan.**

This wedding came onto my calendar very last minute after their original photographer was unfortunately no longer able to photograph their day. When I learned they needed someone to step in, I was more than happy to do everything I could to help take one big worry off their plate.

Wedding planning comes with enough stress — finding yourself without a photographer right before your wedding shouldn't have to be one of them.

And I'm SO glad our paths crossed because what an incredible day it was. 🤍

Not only did I have the honor of photographing their wedding, but I also got to bring along my photo booth for their guests to enjoy throughout the celebration where I was able to introduce my new guest signage book! 📸 From the meaningful moments of the day to the laughter happening in front of the booth, there was so much worth remembering.

Getting to photograph a wedding so close to home at **Impression Farms in Clyde** made this one even more special. I absolutely love having opportunities to serve couples right here in St. Clair County and throughout the Blue Water Area.

Michigan fall photo season is beautiful... and incredibly short. 🍂

Every year, we get that small window when the temperatures cool down, the leaves finally start showing off, and Southeast Michigan becomes one of my favorite backdrops for photos.

The catch? **Everyone wants that same little window.**

A new little chapter for Emily Daley Photography. 🤍🍼

Last week, I had the sweetest opportunity to photograph this little one for a very dear friend of mine — and I couldn't think of a better session to officially introduce **newborn photography to Emily Daley Photography.**

We kept everything cozy, comfortable, and beautifully simple, creating those warm, homey images that let all of the tiny details take center stage. The little fingers and toes, sleepy stretches, tiny expressions, and all of those details that change so incredibly quickly.

A little family-session sweetness from the beautiful War Memorial in Grosse Pointe Farms. 🤍

I had the opportunity to photograph this family here recently, and the War Memorial made such a gorgeous backdrop for their session. Between the historic architecture, waterfront views, and beautiful grounds, there are so many different looks we can create without ever having to leave the property.

Family photos don't have to mean perfectly posed smiles in every frame, either. I love giving families a mix of those classic portraits along with the little interactions and candid moments that show everyone's personalities.

This past Sunday, I had the opportunity to be part of the Restored Hearts Foundation's Fancy Hat Tea Party at the Italian American Cultural Society in Clinton Township. 🤍

It was such a beautiful afternoon supporting an organization dedicated to providing resources and support to survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse, human trafficking, and grief.

Along with photographing pieces of the event, I also brought my Salsa 2 Photo Booth along for the fun! 📸 Seeing everyone step in front of the booth, grab a prop, and take home a few memories made an already meaningful afternoon even more special.

I'm grateful I had the opportunity to contribute to an event supporting such an important mission and capture some of the people who made the day possible.

This past weekend, I had the privilege of celebrating alongside Ruxandra & Adrian as they said "I do." 🤍

From their beautiful ceremony at Holy Ghost Church in Warren to an unforgettable celebration with family and friends, every part of the day was filled with so much love and joy.

It was an honor to capture the big moments, the quiet in-between ones, and all of the little details that made their wedding day uniquely theirs.
