I have been having so much fun this week taking sunflower mini's of the people that showed interest last month that I forgot to make another public post to see if there was anyone else interested in Sunflower Mini's!!! If you are interested I still have openings for tomorrow night Thursday September 3rd, Saturday September 4th and if there is interest I could add this Sunday the 5th!!!
I took this photo with my phone Monday morning when I was checking on blooms to see if the field was ready!! Its been so much fun out there!!!

🌻 Sunflower Mini's ARE BACK and I'm so here for it!!! 🌻

Its been 2 years since I have had the extra time to do one of my favorite mini sessions.

Last weekend I talked to the amazing farmer that has given me permission to use his sunflower fields in the past. He has just planted his sunflower fields and I can take photos there again this year!!!!! He believes they should be blooming by the end of August to the beginning of September!!! Location will be around 15-20 minutes from McPherson

It tends to be short notice when I find out when the flowers will start blooming and I believe we only get 1 1/2 to 2 weeks of days to take photos before the sunflowers start dropping their heads.
If you are interested in Sunflower Minis please let me know!!! These mini's are great for everything from, senior, family, couples, maternity, & even best friend mini's. Once I hear from the farmer closer to blooming time, I will private message those that comment interested in this post to inform of dates and times to book before making a public post of the information.

I just realized I never posted photos of the 2026 MHS Senior Spring Banners and I thought this would be a good time! I know I have told a lot of parents but I figured I should make a social post as the 2026-27 year is coming fast.

After 9 years of taking the Senior banner photos for McPherson High sports and activities I have decided with a heavy heart that I will no longer be taking on this role. As my own daughter is a senior this year I am excited to enjoy her year and develop my photography business as it once was. It has been a complete honor to work with so many amazing Seniors throughout the years and I am going to miss it immensely.

I have decided its time for me to focus solely on my sessions, start my specialized mini sessions again, start posting about that side of my business again. I have gone down the rabbit hole of just editing and not showing all the amazing sessions I have gotten the opportunity to do and I am excited to start showing & growing again!!

I have so many people I want to thank for all the fun years.

The one who started this journey for me is no longer with us but I think about my friend all the time, and thank her just as much!!❤️

I want to thank Autoking for being my professional sounding board, working with me, and dealing with me from the start!!! All the phenomenal work you have done has made my work look good!!! I can't thank you enough!

I want to applaud & thank all the amazing Senior parent reps that I have worked with throughout the years you all have been wonderful and made the process easier on my end!! And I can't forget to thank all the seniors you are the reason I have enjoyed this the last 9 years!!

2026-27 Senior parents if you haven't thought about it or started talking with each other please start now! I will tell you its always been up to you to get the ball rolling maybe get ahold of past parent reps their insight will be very helpful!!!

Thank you again past MHS Seniors and Parents for letting me capture a small memory of a special year. Its been an honor!!!

Its that time again that I get run my biggest sale of the year where we get to honor all the mom's starting a gift certificate sale tonight!!! The sale will go until noon this Saturday, May 9th!!

These certificates can be used toward any regular priced session that I carry!!

🎓Attention Upcoming Graduates!!!!
High School Senior Graduates
College Senior Graduates
Pre-k / Kindergarten graduates ( I have youth cap & gowns on hand, colors red, blue, purple, & black for the little graduates to wear)

Also I know it takes time to get patches on letter jackets and this would be a good time to get those taken as well!

I will be doing Cap & Gown Mini's on 2 possibly 3 days this week!
Tomorrow April 29th
Friday May 1st
if there is still interest Sunday May 3rd.

I will have 2 locations to choose from by timeslots
The first location will be a place well kept grass with trees in McPherson & the 2nd location will be in front of the McPherson High School!!
It lasts just 5-10 minutes, and you will receive a minimum of 20 edited photos! With a 2-3 day turnaround!

Now remember, if I have done a full senior session this 2025-2026 school year of you, this mini session is 50% off!
