Today is oct 1 and this month, I turn 40! Most people seem scared or sad for this milestone but I've been excited! Its a new decade which brings new opportunities for growth, change and fun. I have lived a big life and experienced many things so far and I can only hope this is just the beginning! I encourage you all to embrace the things coming your way and when in doubt, find the humor and silver lining in the things that may not be as easy to accept. We only get one life!

The last 8 days has been so amazing. We took a cruise with my best friend and her family for the 2nd year in a row and stopped at Coco cay, Puerto Rico, st. Thomas, and st. Croix. Absolute blast and amazing memories! So grateful for my people.

Cannot believe we are 5 days out now! Anyone else felt like this month has flown?
