Affordable housing that’s also super cute? Say less. Yesterday I attended the ribbon cutting for Belle | Mont, a new 23-unit cottage court community near Crosstown + it’s exactly the kind of place that encourages connection with your neighbors.

As part of the MI-Pilot Program, is helping bridge the gap between traditional single-family homes + large apartment complexes, creating more attainable housing options w/o sacrificing thoughtful design.

We toured several of the homes + if you’ve been looking for a place that feels both welcoming + community-focused, they’re officially leasing; this is definitely one to check out!
