I've photographed these barns many times, and every time is different. As I arrived early one morning last week, a blazing sunrise was fading. I thought I had missed it, but then it lit up again, and before long a beautiful double rainbow was forming. Lots of good shots!

What a great time of year for photography. Sunsets are early, and there are plenty of colorful ones.

We see our flock of turkeys along the road most days, but this particular morning, the light was really nice, so I stopped to get some pics of this beautifully displaying male who didn't seem to mind me being 15 feet away. Next thing I know, another male shows up (was he jealous?) and a fight ensues. They pecked and flew at each other for a while, then got each other in a beak lock and pushed each other around like wrestlers trying for a pin. Must have lasted 10 min. Eventually one chased the other off. Wish I had thought to shoot some video.

I took my drone over to Brewery Gulch Inn this morning. It was a perfect morning, and a fun place to fly. Lots of space and a beautiful view. Only had two batteries with me which I thought were both charged up, but seemed the second one wasn't. So, I got a few good stills, but the video we tried still needs some work.
