👇🏼 The most insane hotel check-in in the world 🤯

☁️Welcome to Mercure Hotel in Ba Na Hills Vietnam! To check in you have to take a cable car with all your luggage into an entire amusement park up in the mountains!  
 
🎡The main reason to stay here though is to have first access to the famous Golden Bridge as a hotel guest. This place gets incredibly crowded so it’s better to be one of the first people up there to beat the crowds. 
 
⛅️The bridge is actually located inside a theme park, Sun World Fantasy Park at Ba Na Hills!  
 
🎢 Once you are done walking across the bridge, make sure to visit the rest of the park which has some fun but small rides such as their mountain coaster and an entire French Village to explore!

Can you believe this is in the US?! 🤯

📍Welcome to the world's LARGEST rotating cable car in Palm Springs, California. It's called the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway!

🏔️This incredibly scenic ride is about 10 minutes long and takes you up into Mt. San Jacinto State Park. There's TONS of different trails up here plus restaurants and gorgeous observation decks. The elevation is 8,516 feet.

💵You can purchase tickets ahead of time online and they only cost $34.95 for adults.

🧥Pack layers as it's much colder up in the mountains than down below!

A restaurant in the middle of a hike?! 😍⬇️

This was definitely a tough call with so many amazing places we were lucky enough to visit this year!

⛰️But one of our absolute favorite views of 2024 was is seeing the Dolomites in Italy, specifically from Geisler Alm!

🥂In addition to the breathtaking mountain views, the Refugio at Geisler Alm offers an amazing opportunity to relax and unwind with amazing food and drinks and lots of cool chairs to put your feet up and appreciate your surroundings!

🥾We’ve never been anywhere that has anything like this in the middle of your hike and now we can’t imagine hiking any other way 😅 A mid hike spritz is so necessary!

You and who? 🥹🫶🏼✈️

We are entering 2025 together and it’s crazy because exactly 8 years ago today we were on our first ever vacation together to Disney! And 8 years later today we came back and are celebrating in the same place.

🌎On our first trip 8 years ago we had no idea how much we’d come to love travel and visit places we’d previously only dreamed of. Neither of us really traveled internationally much growing up but now we are truly obsessed with seeing as much of this beautiful world as possible.

🗺️Whatever your travel goals are for 2025, we hope you achieve them and enjoy all the little moments as we have!

What you really need to bring to Alaska 👇🏼

We just came back from our 1 week cruise to Alaska and know just how overwhelming it can be to plan what to wear for Alaskan weather, days at sea, and a wide variety of activities! With that in mind here’s our biggest tips:

🧥 Layers are crucial as the temperature can swing a lot during the day

☔️ Alaska is known for a lot of rain in the summer so rain boots and rain jackets go a long way to being prepared

🧤Depending on your excursion beanies and gloves will help you keep warm especially if you’re exploring in an expedition boat or going up close to a glacier!

🔎 Binoculars are a must for spotting whales and other wildlife from your cruise ship!

🚢 If you go on Virgin Voyages like we did, make sure you pack some fun pajamas for the pajama party as well as a red outfit for Scarlet Night!

💭We are always getting asked what’s next: when will we buy a house? Settle down? Have kids? And although we’re excited for that one day, we currently love our lives the way they are!

🌍While we are young and able to, we make travel a priority in our lives. We work hard and save our money to put it towards travel and experiences over things. We love to have fun and let our our inner child like we did on our recent cruise taking this bungee class 🤪
And we don’t plan on changing that anytime soon!

⬇️Here’s what changed…

📸 Years ago when we started traveling, we really wanted some great photos that we could look back on! We decided instead of relying on strangers to take photos for us, we wanted to learn to take them ourselves. Introducing: our tripod!

🤳A tripod and cell phone is really all you need to get started! When we first started taking photos, we ordered a simple tripod on Amazon where you can set up and use a small remote clicker to take the photo. It's SUPER easy and convenient to travel with!

📽️ From there, we upgraded to a professional camera and taught ourselves photography to both capture our adventures and marry our passion for travel with a business in content creation! But the number one benefit has always been capturing our memories with these photos we can look back on with so much joy.
