For the sprint racing day at Stifel Loppet Cup I had remote camera set up behind the finish line that was triggered any time I took a shot on the cameras I was carrying.

Probably just as well that frame rate on this camera was slower than the ones I had on me, so I ended up with only about 3600 photos on this camera (about 1/3 from the total of the other cameras) that I finally built into a timelapse.

This video just covers from the start of the sprint heats through the finals, as the full day video is a looong three minutes. Both videos are on my site via the link below.

Beyond the incredible racing, the world cup weekend was supported by hundreds of volunteers and tens of thousands of fans. Every interaction I had with fans/volunteers over the span of the weekend was nothing but pleasant and filled with positive energy. The roar of the crowd supporting athletes from all countries gave me goosebumps pretty much every time!

Amazing day at Wirth Park for the Stifel Loppet Cup 10k races yesterday. Gus Schumacher had the top spot for the men & Jessie Diggins 3rd for the women.

I love the fact the Jessie Diggins can be fully surrounded by cameras and fans and still have moments like in the last photo in this set.
