I want to tell my photographer friends about a current scam going around… they will act as a potential client and eventually ask how they can pay the deposit and give you their payment options… which included Zelle and they opted for this, I’ve never had a client ask me for my Zelle as a payment method… I immediately blocked the account and within minutes the account had been deleted, be careful photographers specially newer ones. Always check the potential clients page, which is what I do initially when I get an inquiry through fb.
