🐾 Can I tell you a little secret?

One of my favorite parts of any session is when someone says, "Can we bring our dog?"

My answer will almost always be, "Absolutely."

Because our pets aren't "just dogs" or "just cats." They're the ones who greet us at the door after a hard day, sit beside us when life gets heavy, celebrate every little win like it's the best day ever, and somehow become part of every chapter of our lives.

So why wouldn't they be part of the memories you're preserving?

And if I'm being completely honest...

I have zero shame in stopping your session for a minute just to love on them. 😂

I will talk to them like they're people.
I will tell them they're the cutest thing ever.
I will probably make ridiculous noises trying to get those adorable head tilts.
And yes... they'll absolutely end up with a few photos all to themselves because I simply cannot help it.

Those are the photos you'll look back on one day and be so thankful you have.

So if your four-legged sidekick is part of your family, bring them. The fur can be brushed off. The muddy paw prints can be cleaned. But the memories? Those are worth everything. 🩵

This sweet couple had a beautifully simple, casual wedding, but one thing was missing... she had dreamed of having a veil photo and had no veil..

So... I went and bought her a veil.

Because sometimes it's the little details that become the biggest memories.
