Stepping outside my comfort zone and trying something completely new with this one! 📸✨ I had such a cool experience photographing piercings and tattoos for a local shop. Definitely a little different from what I normally shoot, but I had so much fun with it. I think these photos turned out SO cool! 🖤🔥💀

Indianapolis has had enough water for one damn week.

So today, we’re doing something more fun.

Photographer in the building until 4–5ish. Got tattoo work from us you want professionally photographed? Bring yourself in and show that s**t off. Also give her a follow Whimsical Reflections. Support small businesses.

Dave Berry Tattoos is in town, had a cancellation, and is throwing out a hell of a deal to fill the spot.

-Piercings are $5–$10 OFF ALL DAY.

Our other photographer woke up sick, and unlike some places, we actually prefer not to share germs with the entire city.

I’m trying to stay motivated. Some days I question myself, wondering if I’m doing good enough. Wondering will I always take photos? For me, photography has never been about taking pretty pictures, or making money. It’s about the art. The light, the emotion, the little details, the imperfections. It all comes together becoming part of something that truly can never happen quite the same way again. Photography allows me to create art from something that is fleeting. Time. A photograph can freeze a feeling in time. Maybe that’s why I keep doing this. Even when I feel discouraged, I remember why I started. I want to keep creating. I want to keep noticing the beauty in ordinary things and turning them into something I can keep forever. I think I will always take photos. Not just for others, but for myself.🩵🤎
