Hi friends! Whether you’re new here or have been following along for a while, I wanted to put together one post with everything you need to know about booking a session with me 📸
🤍 ABOUT ME
Hi, I am Brenna, the face behind Light & Lens Photography 📸 I’m based in Moravia, Iowa and serve all surrounding areas.
I started photography because I fell in love with capturing real, genuine moments — the kind you don’t realize are special until you look back on them later. I’m all about keeping sessions relaxed, fun, and true to you (no stiff or awkward posing here 😅).
I’m probably going to overshoot your session, hype you up the entire time, and make sure you leave feeling confident and excited about what we captured. My goal isn’t just pretty photos — it’s creating an experience that feels easy, comfortable, and actually enjoyable from start to finish 🤍
⏰ SESSION TYPES & PRICING
Couples:
• 45 minutes – $75
• 60 minutes – $100
Family:
• 30 minutes – $75
• 45 minutes – $100
Extended Family (big group sessions):
• 45 minutes – $100
• 60 minutes – $125
Seniors:
• 60 minutes – $200
• 90 minutes – $250
Weddings:
• Message me for availability & detailed pricing
Mini Sessions:
• $70 – 25 minutes
• Offered seasonally (Spring, Summer, Fall, Christmas, etc.)
📸 WHAT’S INCLUDED
Every session includes ALL edited images — no extra fees to unlock your gallery because you deserve every moment captured. Most galleries include 50+ images (I can’t help myself 😅).
📍 SESSION DETAILS
• Sessions are typically around 45 minutes
• Golden hour (right before sunset) gives the BEST results
• I can help choose locations or use one you already love
• Need outfit help? I’ve got you covered with inspo!
📦 GALLERY DELIVERY
• Full online gallery delivered straight to your phone or computer
• Regular sessions: 1–2 week turnaround
• Milestone sessions: 2–5 days
• Mini sessions: ~1 week
• Weddings: Sneak peeks within 48 hours + full gallery in 2–3 weeks (uploaded in batches so you don’t have to wait!)
💰 DEPOSIT & BOOKING
• 40% non-refundable deposit required to secure your date
• Example: $100 session = $40 due at booking
• Deposit goes toward your total session cost

I’ll send over a booking link with a contract + quick questionnaire. Your date is officially locked in once your deposit is paid!
📅 BOOKING WINDOW
• Up to 1 year in advance
• Or as soon as 3 days out (depending on availability)
• Weddings can be booked further out
📜 POLICIES
• Deposits are non-refundable
• If you cancel with 72+ hours notice, your deposit can be transferred to a future session
• Less than 72 hours notice = deposit is forfeited
• This ensures my time and planning are respected 🤍
