We always try and understand emergencies but these are getting excessive.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

I saw another photographer post something like this and I think it was a very very smart choice that I fully support!

I will no longer be posting images with children’s faces in them. Or any images that aren’t changed into a cartoon form of some sort to protect clients privacy.

For those that don’t know, there was recently a court case where the judge ruled that the first amendment protected the creation of explicit AI images of children as long as it stayed within the home.

AI is trained using real images shared over public internet pages (like my photography page), and therefore it is very possible that these AI images depict real children or features from real children. I do not want my images to put any person, let alone a child at risk, and therefore I will no longer be posting images with children’s faces in it.

This is just a personal choice that I’m making because I care about the safety and privacy of my clients.
