Juniperus squamata ‘Floriant’ is a new favorite evergreen shrub! It’s slow and low growing, reaching a size of 2 by 4 feet. It prefers sun and is hardy to Zone 4-8! The foliage is blue with swatches of yellow, excellent to fill a low spot with a bunch of color!

Aucuba japonica ‘Picturata’ is a favorite shrub for shade gardens that need a bright bolt of color! It is known for its shiny yellow blotched leaves that look like they were splattered with yellow paint. They are hardy to Zone 7-9 but can handle some colder temperatures if sheltered or used as a foundation planting.
