While I haven’t taken on any sessions this year, I have been trying to push myself more to bring out the big camera to document my own life. Especially during this time where things will be shifting quickly, I want to make sure years from now I’m able to look back at this moment in our lives. Photos are one of the few things in life that truly become more valuable as time goes on. What looks ordinary to you now, will be treasured in the years to come as you look back on things often forgotten.

Whether it was all those gloomy winter days or just that pesky first trimester, I really wasn’t feeling up to taking any pictures until more recently this year. (…I may have also just picked up a new lens as some extra motivation 😅) No matter what, it definitely feels good to have the spark back and I hope you enjoy some of the photos I share from this time in the upcoming months.

Hi friends, it’s been a while!

I thought it was time to share some exciting news that our little family is growing and we’ll be welcoming baby boy in July 💙

I’ve been taking this time to really focus on my daughter (who is so excited, if you can’t tell) and health, soaking in these days together.

I’m looking forward to taking on some sessions later this year hopefully, I know I miss seeing you all!

I’ve been taking a bit of break to disconnect from the screens, the noise and the online world and be more present with my family and myself. I think it’s a pull that a lot of us are feeling, especially around this time of year. I couldn’t not share my last few sessions though, I’m so grateful for everyone that supported me this year. I hope you’re enjoying this season and I’ll be back to connect again soon 🤍

This November marks my second year in business!

The community, the growth and the journey have been rewarding beyond measure. It’s not always easy, but as they say, it’s always worth it.

This has been about more than building a business for me. It’s about finding meaning in the everyday, connection in the chaos and has carried me through seasons of highs and lows.
