On this week of BL Raney Photography on the road, we traveled to northern Brownwood, TX; up by Cross Plains, to this GORGEOUS black Angus cattle ranch.
Pecan Bayou Cattle spans across 2,500+ acres of family owned and operated land. This is one of the most well-manicured and thoughtfully cleared ranches I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. From their Temple Grandin inspired working pens and their refurbished 1900's farm house, to the plentiful hay fields, the families passion and love for the cattle and land clearly shines through!
Thank you Laura, Jami and Mr. & Mrs. Meador for such a fun project and day trip!

I cannot express how much I love and appreciate my return clients!
Caitlynn came to me during a model call I did a couple years ago and we did her last maternity pictures in the beautiful Frio River.
This time around, we went a little western/ranchy with it!🀠
