Our goal is to provide beautiful photographs to all of our clients at prices they can afford. Sessions are available 7 days a week. Every session is customized. We work with your budget to make sure that we can
capture your memories. We strongly support the service members of the United States military. Every Thursday and Friday is dedicated to making sure the newly graduated sailors at Naval Station Great Lakes have the opportunity to have photos taken with their families. CONTRACT AND PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE
Photography Contract and Release
I hereby grant to Jenna Moccio the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to publish, distribute, exhibit, or otherwise use the photographs that she has taken or may take of me or in which I may be included with others. I hereby release the photographer from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the photographs. I understand that the images may be altered, edited or modified in any manner, and I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve any final product using my photographs. I will only receive edited photos once my session is completed. The photographer has the right to delete original photographs after editing. The photographer will choose the best images from the session for editing. The photographer will not release the original images. There are no online galleries. I also agree that I will not personally try to edit the photos taken by Jenna Moccio after they are returned to me. Alterations to the artist’s work will take away from the originality of design that the artist has created. The editing software you use may also not be compatible with the editing software of the photographer which will create distorted photos. Should you choose to violate this request, Jenna Moccio cannot be credited with taking any photographs that you edit. I acknowledge that the images may be used, without limitation, in print publications, online publications, website entries, and/or social media. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photographs taken of me and or my family. I may only approve consent and release for myself, my minor children and any guests at my private event. If there are more than 6 individuals for a photography session the cost will be adjusted to add an extra $5.00 per participant. This is because it takes additional time for editing and posing photos. If you have an extra large group or a private event, a set price will be agreed on ahead of time. These additional costs will be added at the end of the contract. The photographer reserves the right to end the session prior to the scheduled time due to weather conditions; uncooperative clients and their children; disruptive, dangerous, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior; and inability to pay for the session. Retakes due to weather-related cancellations may be scheduled at a later date. The session time begins promptly at the scheduled appointment time. The photographer sets a timer to start at your booking time with it sounding 5 minutes before the session ends to make sure that any pictures that were specially requested are taken before the session wraps up. The session time includes the time it takes to explain the terms of and signing of the contract. If you are late for your session, time will be taken off for each minute that you are late. It is as the discretion of the photographer to extend your session for tardiness. This is due to sessions following yours being disrupted and delayed. No other photos may be taken other than by Jenna Moccio during your scheduled session. No cameras, cell phones, video recording devices or other types of electronics may be used to capture images or videos during your session. There is no live streaming. One request will be made for you to put it away; the second request will end your session immediately by any member of your party. It distracts the subjects in the photographs as well as the photographer and it takes away from the session itself. The photographer and her assistants do not consent to being photographed or recorded during the sessions. Every effort will be made to have the photos taken at an outdoor location for scenic purposes. If it rains or the real feel or outdoor temperature drops below 32 degrees Fahrenheit, the session will be moved indoors. The photography equipment can be damaged by cold temperatures, so the photographer is not willing to take the risk of having to replace it. Locations vary week by week depending on other activities in the area or by the weather. Photos taken involving Active-Duty United States Military Personnel must be of a respectful nature in appearance and reflect professionalism and respect for the service. Attire should be modest, appropriate for the occasion and in good taste. Clothing that is excessively revealing or suggestive is not considered appropriate for official functions, public representation or photos involving military personnel in uniform. Visible undergarments and suggestive poses do not positively represent the military. This includes spouses, family members, friends, children, and significant others. If these standards are not upheld, the session will end immediately. I understand that the photographer will edit and return the photos taken of me and/or my family and guests after our session. A time estimate will be given for the date of editing completion, but it is not guaranteed. Emergencies do come up, and large numbers of bookings take place, so sometimes it takes longer than others to get your photos returned to you. If you live locally or are attending A School at Great Lakes, I will have the photos personally delivered to you at no additional charge. If you live out of state, I will request your address at the completion of editing and mail them to you via USPS. The cost of shipping is $10.00. This cost will be added on before your session ends so that you are aware of it. Each session is edited based on client booking to ensure fairness to each client. All edited photos will be returned at one time. No sneak peaks or previews will be available. There are no restrictions on printing for personal use or for use in print publications, online publications, website entries, and/or social media. The images will be returned on a USB drive. One USB drive is included in the session cost. Each additional USB drive is $10.00. Each photography session’s cost varies by type of session and location. The number of returned edited images varies by session length, session cost, cooperation of the clients, and reasonability. My session fees and costs are listed below for your individual session. Payment is due at the time of the session. Failure to pay on time will delay the processing of your photos. Cash is the only accepted form of payment. If you use Zelle an additional $10.00 charge will be necessary for tax purposes. Each participant over the age of 18 must have a signed contract in order to have their photos taken. Parents or guardians must sign a contract for minors before any photos are taken. I have read and fully understood the aforementioned terms and conditions.
