Had another beautiful session tonight at the falls! Their sweet Chesapeake Bay Retriever named Hank did a great job as well looking super adorable! 🥹😆😍💕💕💕 Perfect evening to visit the falls......if you can brave the mosquitoes 🤯🫠😆

Here are some things I'm taking with my for an early spring micro wedding in Grand Marias Michigan! Ya never know if its going to rain, so clear umbrellas, poncho for yourself and your camera/camera bag are essential. We do know thats its def going to be chilly so hand warmers are also essential 😁💖 Proper hydration and protein snacks, clients folder to stay organized throughout the day. And of course, always bring a surprise gift as a small token to say "Thank you for allowing me the honor of capturing your beautiful day and for allowing me to share in the love and laughter with your family and friends!" 💖💖💖💖💍💐🌅📸⛪️💗💗💗

So hubby and I did some scouting at Miners beach yesterday. She is not ready for photos yet with clients. Some flooding and snowpacked area still on the walking paths to get to the beach. Def needs a few more weeks. The castle was completely fine though. Some flooding in the woods but the parking lot and walking paths were great and no structural damage that we noticed and we walked the full upper and lower viewing areas. Standing on the beach and looking out at the deep rich blue waves rolling in with the wind....definitely did my soul good to stand by the water in total silence and just soak in the raw natural beauty of this beautiful place we live! 🌅📸💖💖💖💖

Going out for a morning family session on Miners Beach! Absolutely stunning out there today! Large family? Perfect. Let's go to the beach! 📸🙌🏻🌅💕💖 Today's family had 16 people. I've done up to 45 people in a large family photo! Its like orchestrating a small wedding for family formals!
