I promise! I truly was taking a break this fall -- I only took this one wedding for Jim + Kara! Jim is a *very* long time friend of my brothers and part of their special friend group dubbed the Big20...so of course I was in! A big thank you to Kirstie of KayBee Photos for taking lead on this since I was unsure of how I'd be doing post-baby. :)

Kara & Jim's wedding was so beautiful. The florals by Hearts and Flowers were stunning (as was the venue)! Surrounded by their loved ones in person & in spirit, they tied the knot yesterday, 11/16.

Hi Everyone! 👋

As most of you know (as I did my best to reach out to everyone privately) I will be taking a medical leave this fall season. I am not planning on taking any fall sessions dependent on my recovery process and therefore, will also not have any Christmas/Holiday Minis this year.

I promise everything is and will be fine, it is just very important to take this time to recover and not rush back. I am not leaving the photography world; just taking a break and already have private events booked in 2026. 🙃

If you know what’s going on, please do not comment anything for my privacy since we have been keeping it relatively private ourselves. I’ve simply told my very regular clientele and booked sessions throughout the summer to make up for no fall sessions.

If you’d like to know what’s going on, I am happy to talk about it over messenger ♥️ I will update here periodically, but my focus will be to rest and recover to the best of my ability.

Extended family sessions always create great memories. Alex + Aaron have been doing flower farm sessions annually since they were expecting their daughter in 2021. This year both of their families joined in for some beautiful photos & memories 🥰
